TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Time of Arrival

Please do not arrive any sooner that 1500 hours as the cleaner needs to prepare the apartment after each stay. The apartment may be made available earlier in off peak season, provided no guests have stayed the week before your arrival.

Vacating the Apartment

On the day of your departure, it is important that you leave before 10 am so that the cleaner can check the apartment and make up the beds for the next occupants.

Laundry

Laundry clean is €75 paid locally.

Whats included in your booking.

All bedlinen, towels and beach towels are included in the price quoted. The apartment is furnished to include dishwaser, washing machine, small oven/grill, BBQ, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, radio/cd player, T.V. and DVD.

Transfer of funds

All transfer costs must be paid by you.

Damage deposit

It is necessary for us to ask for a refundable damage deposit of €200 euros or £150 pounds sterling. This damage deposit will be fully refunded to you within 7 days after your departure. Any damage to the property or its contents or if the apartment is not clean, the cost to make good will be paid for out of the refundable deposit.

Sleeping arrangements

The apartment contains two bedrooms sleeping six people very comfortably, consisting of one master bedroom and one bunk bedroom. There is an additional pull out bed sleeping an extra two people in the lounge. Six is the maximum amount of people permitted to stay in the apartment. It is important when guests are renting the apartment, they tell me how many people will be staying as only beds for those people will be made up.

Guest Responsiblity

It is the guests responsibility to take care of the property during their stay so that other guests can also enjoy this beautiful apartment. Guests are required to leave the apartment in the same condition as when they found it on their arrival.

How do I pay?

When we receive your booking either by telephone or internet, we will hold this for 7 days upon arrival of your deposit. 25% deposit is required in order to hold your booking. Full payment of the holiday and damage deposit must be made six weeks prior to your arrival.

Important

It is an express condition of this booking that the management is relieved of liability for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property.

Visits by the Owner

The owner of the property has the right to access property at any time to ensure Terms and Conditions are being met.
